How long will my case take?

Timelines depend on the nature of the matter and on factors outside anyone's control — court schedules among them. After reviewing your situation we give a realistic estimate and keep you informed as it changes.

Who do you work with?

Will I be updated on my case?

Yes. You will receive updates at every key stage, and you always have direct access to the attorney handling the matter rather than to a general enquiries line.

Do you offer free consultations?

We offer an initial consultation to understand your situation and give guidance on the best path forward. What that covers varies with the type of matter, and we will be clear about it when you book.

Is my information confidential?

Absolutely. Client confidentiality is a core obligation of our practice — everything shared with us is handled with the highest level of discretion, including at the enquiry stage.

Can you resolve disputes without going to court?

Wherever possible, yes. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation or alternative methods, which usually saves time, reduces cost, and leaves you with more control over the outcome.
