Concessions
Who pays less, and who pays nothing
None of this is hidden behind a code. If one of these is you, tell us and we will apply it.
Students
₵120 a night, ₵280 for the season, with a valid Ghanaian student ID at the gate. About one in six of our audience.
Groups of eight or more
Fifteen per cent off any pass, booked together and collected together. Email tickets@pulse.com — it is not a code on the site.
Under-12s
Free with a paying adult, up to three children per adult, in the family area beside The Yard until 20:00.
Companion tickets
A carer or companion comes free with any pass. Email access@pulse.com and we will hold a space on the platform too.
Hire rates
If you are booking us, not a ticket
Indicative day rates in cedis, ex-VAT, within Greater Accra. Everything outside the region is quoted with transport in it rather than added afterwards.

Sound system with engineer
from ₵6,500 a day
PA sized to the room, monitors, desk, cable and an engineer for load-in through load-out. Generator extra if the room has no clean power.
Lighting rig with operator
from ₵4,200 a day
Moving heads, pars, haze, console and a programmer. Includes a pre-programme session so the first song is not the rehearsal.
Stage, truss and barrier
from ₵9,000 a build
12×8m covered stage with ramps and barrier, built and struck by our own crew. Two-day minimum on outdoor builds.
Full production, turnkey
quoted per show
Everything above plus site design, permits, crew, artist liaison and the running order. Most of our work, and the only line here we will not put a number against without talking first.
Refunds
What happens if you cannot come
Full refund up to fourteen days before the first night, no reason required and no fee taken. Inside fourteen days we will transfer your pass to somebody else free of charge — send us their name and number and we will reissue it.
If we cancel a night, that night refunds in full within seven working days, or rolls to the next edition if you would rather. We have never cancelled a night in twelve years and we would rather say that than promise it.

Asked often
Paying, refunds and who gets in
How do I pay, and can I pay at the gate?
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, card, or cash at our Adabraka office. Gate tickets are sold on the night if we have not sold out — the price is the same, but the queue is not.
What happens if it rains?
The Main Stage and The Yard both have covered stages and partial cover for the crowd; the Late Room is indoors. We have never cancelled a night, and if we ever have to, every pass rolls to the next edition or refunds in full within seven days.
Is it suitable for children?
Under-12s go free with a paying adult and there is a shaded family area beside The Yard until 20:00. After that the Main Stage gets loud and the Late Room is over-18 with ID, no exceptions.
04—06 December 2026
Three nights. Twenty-six acts. One wristband.
Independence Square, Accra. Season passes are on sale now and the Late Room sells out first, every year, without fail.
