Crew calls
Four roles open, with the money written on each of them. If you are already doing this somewhere else at night for less, read the terms.
What the work is
Nights, weather and a truck to unload
We are not going to describe this as a family. It is shift work in the dark, often outdoors, often in the rain, and the load-out always takes longer than anybody said it would.
What we can promise is that the call sheet is honest, the hours are counted, the food is real food, and nobody drives home after eighteen hours — we book the beds. Everyone on the book is carded, insured and paid within seven days of the show.
