Stillness Week

Three nights
Two sittings a day, a morning walk down to the gardens and an evening sound bath. Written for people who have never sat for more than ten minutes and would like to.

Five nights
Longer sittings, daily one-to-one bodywork, herbal consultation and a full day of silence in the middle. The week most guests come back for.

The complete programme — movement, meditation, bodywork, nutrition and two nights in the forest hut. Twelve places, twice a year, and they go early.

Beyond the room rate
The only four extras
Everything else — meals, sessions, transfers, tea, the sauna and the plunge baths — is in the programme rate and stays there.
Single occupancy

Per week, on any programme. Four of the nine rooms can be held as singles and they go first — ask early rather than late.
The forest hut

Two nights at the bottom of the garden, no electricity, on the seven-night programme only. Nine people a year take it and all nine mention it afterwards.
Extra treatment hours

Per hour, booked on the day and only if a teacher is free. Most weeks nobody needs them, which is how the allowances were set.
Returning guests

On every programme, for ever, from the second stay onwards. It is not a scheme and there is nothing to join — we simply remember.

How the money works
Written out here rather than in a link at the bottom of a confirmation, because it is the part people are most reluctant to ask about.
A third to hold the room
Payable by transfer or mobile money when we confirm your dates. The balance is due four weeks before you arrive, and nothing is taken automatically.
Full refund up to four weeks out
Inside four weeks we will move you to another date at no cost, twice. If neither works we refund what we have not already spent on your week, and we will show you the figure.
Travel insurance, please
For anybody flying in. We are ninety minutes from Accra on a road that closes in the heaviest rains, and we would rather you were covered than brave.
