Orders and delivery

How fast is delivery?

Accra orders over GH₵ 150 arrive the same day if you order before noon, and delivery is free. Everywhere else in Ghana takes 2 to 4 working days, tracked from our kitchen in Adabraka to your door.

How can I pay?

Cards and Mobile Money, both through Paystack. MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money all work, and the receipt lands by SMS the moment your payment clears.

My bag arrived crushed. What now?

We replace it free on the next delivery run. Tell us within 48 hours on 030 297 4412 or hello@crunch.com.gh and a new bag goes out, no forms, no arguing.

Can I collect instead?

Yes. The bakery at 27 Kojo Thompson Road, Adabraka packs collection orders in about an hour, Monday to Saturday, eight to six. Bring your order number.

The chips

How long do the bags keep?

8 weeks sealed, with the baked-on date printed on the back of every bag. Once a bag is open, keep it clipped shut away from the sun and finish it within three days. It rarely takes that long.

What about allergens?

Every flavour is baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, so we cannot call any bag gluten free. The full ingredient list is printed on the back of each bag, and nothing hides behind a code.

Baked, never fried. Really?

Really. The slices go through a hot oven, not an oil bath, which is how a 120 g bag stays light enough to finish. The only oil in the building is the brush of groundnut oil the seasoning clings to.

Wholesale

What is the minimum wholesale order?

24 bags, any mix of flavours. That fills one carton, which is the unit our van prices by. Reorders ride the weekly run for your area, on the same day each week.
