Associates take their own hearings from the first year. Nobody here spends three years reading other people's files before speaking in a room.
No billable-hour target
Most of our work is fixed-fee, so nobody is measured on hours. You are measured on the matters you closed and how the clients felt about it.
Pro bono counts as work
Six weeks a year of pro bono time, taken during the working week and treated exactly like billable work at review.
Qualification is paid for
Course fees, study leave and a mentor who is not your supervising partner — so the questions can be asked honestly.
