Salaried, trained, and given kit that works
Nobody at Haul is on a day rate. Every packer, driver and surveyor is salaried, on SSNIT, and paid on the twenty-fifth whether it was a busy month or a quiet one. That is the reason our crews are the same people year after year — and it is the reason a customer gets a supervisor who knows everybody's name.
New packers spend three weeks in the warehouse before they ever see a customer's house: wrapping, crating, loading order, and the pieces that never travel flat. Drivers do a defensive course and a fortnight shadowing before they take a vehicle out alone.

What the job actually comes with
A salary, not a day rate
Paid monthly on the twenty-fifth, with SSNIT and a written contract from the first day rather than after a probation nobody defines.
Three weeks before your first house
Packing, crating, loading order and manual handling, taught in our own warehouse by the crew leads you will be working with.
Boots, gloves, belts and uniform
Replaced when they wear out rather than deducted from your pay, and a trolley and straps on every vehicle so nothing is carried that can be wheeled.
Cover for you and one dependant
Private medical cover for every member of staff and one named dependant, from six months of service.

Packer / mover
Spintex, Accra · Full time
GH₵ 1,900 – 2,600 a month
Wrapping, boxing, loading and placing. No experience needed — three weeks of training comes first. A driving licence is useful and not required.

Class C licence and three years clean. You take one vehicle and keep it, and you run the crew on long-distance work.
