Q&A

The questions we hear most.

Straight answers on fees, who does the work, what you keep, and how an engagement actually runs.

Before you call

Straight answers, in advance.

What will this cost?

You get a written scope with fees and realistic outcomes before any work starts. Retainers are monthly, programmes are fixed once scoped, and a diagnostic sprint is a flat two-week fee credited against anything that follows.

What happens in the first conversation?

You tell us what you are facing and who is involved. We tell you whether we can help, roughly what it would take, and whether somebody else would serve you better. It is free and it is not a pitch.

Who actually does the work?

The partner who pitched it, and a team you meet before you sign. We do not sell one team and staff another, and we will tell you who is on the bench that quarter.

Do we keep the models?

Yes — every spreadsheet, framework and dataset we build for you leaves with you, documented. There is no licence and nothing is withheld to keep you on a retainer.

How long does this take?

A diagnostic sprint is two weeks. A programme is usually two to three quarters. We tell you which one you are starting at the outset rather than discovering it together in month eight.

Are we too small to be a client?

No. A twelve-person operator and a national institution get the same partner attention. If cost is the obstacle, ask about pro bono in the first conversation.

Still wondering

Ask us the one that is not here.

Every engagement arrives with a question nobody has written down yet. Send it over — a partner answers, not a form.
