The rig behind the night

Sound, light, stages, screens and the crews who run them — ours for four nights a year and yours for the rest.

What we stage

Rigs, crews and stages for hire

The same equipment and the same people that build Tempo Night, available the other three hundred and sixty days. Prices are a starting point, not a quote — the room decides.

A professional audio mixing console lit from above in a studio

Live sound

From GH₵4,500 a day

Line arrays, monitors and a desk that has done a hundred shows, with an engineer who has mixed all of them. We do not send a rig without a person.

A moving-head lighting fixture standing in a venue before a show

Lighting design

From GH₵3,800 a day

Moving heads, wash, haze and a plot drawn for the room rather than pulled off a shelf. Programmed in advance and re-cued live.

An outdoor stage and truss being built at sunset

Stage and rigging

From GH₵9,000 a build

Decks, truss, roof and barrier, certified and signed off. Outdoor builds include a wind plan, which is not optional on the shore in August.

A camera crane set up at a concert venue under coloured light

Screens and capture

From GH₵6,200 a day

LED wall, camera package and a vision mixer, cut live and delivered as usable footage the following week rather than the following quarter.

An audience seated in a large hall under coloured stage lighting

Conferences and launches

From GH₵5,400 a day

Lectern, radio mics, comfort monitors, presentation playback and a stage manager whose whole job is that nobody walks on at the wrong moment.

DJ and club nights

From GH₵2,400 a night

Booth, monitors, a system tuned for the room and a selector from a roster we actually book ourselves. Sensible about neighbours and curfews.

How it goes

Four steps and no surprises

Start a conversation

01

A call, not a form

Twenty minutes on the phone about the room, the date and what is actually going to happen in it. We will tell you on that call if we are the wrong people.

02

A plot and a price

A drawing of the rig in your room, a crew list and a fixed price, inside three working days. If the price moves afterwards it is because you moved something.

03

Build and check

In the day before wherever the venue allows it. Every act that will stand on the stage gets time on it — that is the part everyone else cuts and we do not.

04

Out by morning

Struck, loaded and the room swept the same night unless you have booked it for longer. Damage, if there is any, is on our report before it is on your invoice.

Afterwards

What the square says

Collected on the way out and after the shuttles, which is the only time anybody tells you the truth about a festival.
