Every one of these is read by a named person rather than a queue. Picking the right one is the difference between an answer this afternoon and an answer next week.

Second floor, above the print shop, with the blue door on the side street rather than the main road. There is no box office counter — come up and somebody will sort you out at a desk.

How do I get there and home?
Black Star Square is walkable from Osu and a short trotro from Circle. Shuttles run from the Castle Road gate to Circle and Osu from 1:00 AM until the site closes, and they are free with any ticket.
Is the site accessible?
Step-free throughout, with a raised viewing platform at the main stage and accessible toilets beside it. A companion comes free — email the box office and we will sort the pair of tickets out by hand.
What can I bring?
A sealed water bottle, a small bag and a phone battery. No glass, no professional cameras without a pass, no chairs. There is free drinking water at every stage and you will need it.
