With whether the date is open, before anything else. There is no point discussing a room we cannot be in.

Guests, venue, the shape of the evening and the two songs that matter. Enough to quote properly.

A written quote in two days

Fixed, itemised, with transport and overtime already in it. It does not move once you accept it.

At the monthly session in Osu, as our guests. Most people book after this rather than before it.

A rehearsal room, a store for the rig and a table with a whiteboard behind it. Visits are by appointment because half the time the room is full of a band and the other half it is full of a van.
