Payment

Three payments, no surprises

01

A third holds the date

Paid on acceptance. The date comes out of the diary that afternoon and nobody else is offered it.

02

A third at eight weeks

Which is also when the running order, the floor plan and the set list are signed off.

03

The balance after

The week following the event, on an invoice that matches the quote you accepted.

04

However suits you

Mobile money, bank transfer or card. A VAT receipt for every payment, issued the same day.

Questions

The things everybody asks

And if it is not here, ring us — somebody who actually runs the nights answers the phone.

How far ahead should we book?

For a Saturday between November and February, nine to twelve months. Everything else usually has room at three, and we hold three dates a month back for short-notice corporate work.

Do you travel outside Accra?

Regularly — Kumasi, Cape Coast, Ho, Takoradi and Aburi are all routine. Anything beyond ninety minutes adds transport and, if the load-out runs past midnight, accommodation for the crew. Both are stated in the quote rather than added to the invoice.

How does payment work?

A third to hold the date, a third eight weeks out and the balance the week after the event. Mobile money, bank transfer or card. The quote is fixed once you accept it; the only things that move it are guest numbers and a change of venue.

What if we have to move the date?

One move is free if you tell us more than sixty days out and we have the new date open. Inside sixty days we will always try, and if we genuinely cannot release the crew we keep the deposit and nothing beyond it.
