Come make some noise
Fizz is eighteen people, one canning line and a depot on Harbour Road in Tema. The roles below are real, paid properly and open now. Free cans, yes. Beanbags, no.

Life at Fizz
Small crew, loud line
Eighteen people run the whole thing: the line in Tema, the routes, the fridges and the books. Everyone does a line shift on Thursdays, whatever their title says, and everyone can tell you exactly what is in every can, because there is not much in them.
The terms are plain. Pay lands on the last Friday of the month, SSNIT is paid from day one, lunch is on Fizz on canning days, and every month you take home a crate of whichever flavour you argue for loudest.
12 g sugar, no more
Real kola nut and fruit
10 mg caffeine from kola
Canned in Tema
Open roles
Four jobs, all real
All in Accra and Tema, all paid monthly with SSNIT from the first day. Tap a role and tell us who you are, a CV is nice but a paragraph will do.
Canning line hand, Tema
Monday to Friday, six to two, on the line at Plot 6 Harbour Road. Cans filled, seams checked, pallets stacked.
Delivery rider, Accra east
Osu to Teshie on our bike, five mornings a week. You keep forty fridges cold and full.
Fridge route rep, Accra west
Kaneshie to Dansoman, three days a week. You sign new shops, place the fridges and keep every one stocked.
Market crew, Fridays and Saturdays
Evenings at the Jamestown kiosk where Fizz began. Hand out cold cans, talk, keep the cooler full.
Do I need experience?
For the fridge route rep, yes: two years selling to shops and a referee we can call. For everything else we care that you are reliable, early and good with people. The canning line is taught in a week.
How does pay work?
Monthly, on the last Friday, by bank transfer or mobile money, with SSNIT paid from your first day. Market crew shifts are paid the same night.
Whose bike does the rider ride?
Ours. Two route bikes live at the Harbour Road depot, serviced monthly, fuel on us. You bring a licence and at least two rainy seasons of riding in Accra.
Can a weekend role become full time?
It has happened twice since the Tema line opened, both times from the market crew. The crew is small, so a seat opens when the fridges force it, and weekenders hear about it first.
