Site and office

Five open roles
Come and build
Three hundred and eighty people, most of whom have been here longer than five years. We are looking for a few more.

Working here
The job is hard. The employer should not be.
Construction is physical, early and occasionally miserable. None of that is a reason to be paid late, issued a helmet that does not fit, or find out on a Friday that the job has run out. We have never done any of those three, and we are not about to start.
What you get
Paid on the day
Weekly for site trades, monthly for staff, on the date stated — including the week a client pays us late. That is our problem, not yours.
Kit that fits
Boots, helmet, vest and gloves issued and replaced, in sizes that exist. Nobody buys their own protection to work here.
Tickets paid for
Scaffolding, plant, first aid, working at height. We pay for the course and the day off to sit it.
Crews that stay together
We move a crew from job to job rather than paying them off between contracts. Most of our gangers have been here over six years.

Trusted by clients
Their site team kept the programme moving without ever hiding a problem from us. Every milestone landed when they said it would, and the finish is better than the drawings promised.
