A contract, not a shift
Everybody here is employed, with paid leave, SSNIT and a payslip. We have never used casual labour and we are not going to start.
A round, not a lottery
You get the same addresses week after week, grouped so you are not crossing the city twice in a morning. Travel between them is paid time.
Proper kit
Machines rather than muscle, and products that will not take the skin off your hands. Uniform, gloves and boots supplied and replaced.

Every supervisor here started on the tools. Two weeks of paid training to begin with, and more whenever you want it.

Days, weekdays only, with a fixed round so you are not crossing the city twice a morning. Full training given — we would rather teach somebody careful than hire somebody fast.

The voice on the phone and the person who builds the week's rota. You will need to be calm with people and unmoved by a spreadsheet.

Load the van at the office. Coffee, the day's list, and who is where.

First address. Two of you, three to four hours, working to the checklist.

An hour for lunch, paid, wherever the round has taken you.

Second address, or the afternoon half of a bigger one.

Back to the office, machines emptied and charged, and home.
