The price we say is the price you pay
If a job turns out to be bigger than we quoted, we ring you before we start rather than adding a line to the invoice afterwards. If it turns out to be smaller, we charge for the hours we actually took. We have never once sent a bill somebody had not already agreed to.

Frequently asked questions
How do I pay, and when?
Mobile money or bank transfer, after the visit rather than before it. Standing customers get one invoice at the end of the month. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee if you give us the morning's notice.
How long does a typical clean take?
A two-bedroom flat is about three hours for two cleaners; a four-bedroom house is nearer five. A deep clean is a full day. We give you the hours in writing before the visit, and if we finish early you pay for the time we actually took.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all — about two thirds of our customers are at work. We can hold a key at the office under a signed agreement, or work to a code you change whenever you like. You get a photo of the finished rooms either way.
