Four things that get you a real quote
Send these four and the number that comes back will be the number on the invoice. Send fewer and we will only have to ask.

The date, and whether it moves
A Saturday in December is a different conversation from a Thursday in June, and it is the first thing that decides whether we can help at all.

The venue, or a photograph of it
If it is not booked yet, tell us the shortlist. We know most rooms in Greater Accra and we have opinions about the ceilings.

Roughly how many people
Within fifty is close enough. It decides the size of the band and the size of the system, which between them are most of the quote.

What the night has to do
Speeches, a first dance, a traditional ceremony in the morning, a client presentation at nine. The shape matters more than the genre.

The rehearsal room

Behind the old post office, second gate. There is parking for four cars and a great deal of noise on a Wednesday evening.
Monday – Friday
9:00 – 18:00. Office, quotes and site visits.
Wednesday evening
19:00 – 22:00. Full band rehearsal, and you are welcome to come and listen if you have a date with us.
Saturday
We are at somebody's night. Messages are read on Sunday afternoon.

Three things worth knowing first
How far ahead should we book?
Six months for a Saturday between November and February, which is Ghana's wedding season and the four months we fill first. Six weeks is usually enough for a weekday corporate night.
How does payment work?
Half on signing to hold the date, the balance seven days before. In cedis, by bank transfer or mobile money, against a proper invoice. We do not take payment on the night.
Do you travel outside Accra?
Regularly — Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Ho, and Aburi more often than you would think. Travel, transport and crew accommodation are quoted as a single line rather than added afterwards.
