What it costs to eat here
Three menus, four wine flights and one number per head. Nothing is added at the end of the night.
From the cellar
Four flights, and no bottle you cannot ask about
Selorm pours every flight himself on Fridays and Saturdays. Corkage is ₵180 a bottle if you would rather bring your own, and he will decant it without a word about it.
Three glasses
Poured against the five-course market menu, mostly from the Loire and the Cape.
₵180
Five glasses
The full tasting flight, including one fortified with the cheese and one with the soufflé.
₵260
The reserve flight
Five glasses from bottles there are fewer than a dozen of in the building. Ask on the night.
₵520
The no-alcohol flight
Five drinks built here — fermented sobolo, tamarind, smoked pineapple — and taken as seriously as the wine.
