Four conversations and then a dinner
Nobody is asked to commit to anything before they have seen a menu, a wine list and a number in writing. Yaa runs all of it, and answers within a working day.

Two or three, written for that month's market, with a price per head on each.

You choose and taste
For twenty covers and above, you and one guest eat the menu first, on us.

Nothing changes between the tasting and the night unless you ask it to.
The private room
One table, ten chairs, and a door that closes
A single oak table under one long light, with the screen drawn across. It has its own waiter for the evening and Selorm pours in it himself. Six of the eleven years' worth of proposals in this building have happened at that table.

Two to ten covers, Tuesday through Sunday. The kitchen takes its last order at half past nine and the room stays open long after it.
