Collections

The prices are printed,

and they are the whole price

Three collections, a short list of add-ons, and terms written in words rather than in clauses. If something below is unclear it is my fault and I would like to hear about it.

Collections

Three ways to book,

and the prices are on them

Everything below is the full figure — no per-image charges, no hidden album fee, no travel supplement inside Ghana. A 40% deposit holds the date and the balance is due the week before.

Ten hours of coverage

The collection nine of every ten couples book.

The whole thing

GH₵ 22,000

Travel included anywhere in Ghana

Add-ons, albums and travel

Add-ons

Six things couples add,

and what each one costs

Nothing here is needed for a good set of photographs. They exist because six things get asked for often enough that having a price ready is more useful than quoting each time.

An extra hour of coverage

GH₵ 900

Booked on the day if the party runs on, or in advance if you already know the reception is going past ten.

A second photographer

GH₵ 2,200

Included on the wedding-day and full collections. Worth adding to an engagement if more than about a hundred people are expected.

After-shoot, on a later date

GH₵ 3,400

Ninety minutes somewhere quiet, in the dress, without a timeline. Aburi, Peduase, Ada or the beach at Labadi.

Additional 10×10 album

GH₵ 2,800

For parents, usually two at a time. Same printing and binding as yours, thirty pages, in the cover you chose.

Framed print, 24×36in

GH₵ 1,600

Printed on cotton rag and framed in Accra. Most couples order one about two months after the gallery arrives.

Travel outside Ghana

At cost

Flights and two nights' accommodation, invoiced at what they cost and nothing on top. Everywhere inside Ghana is included.

A lay-flat wedding album open beside a camera on a tripod

The album

Printed and bound in Accra, in about eight weeks

A lay-flat book, which means a photograph can run across the spine without disappearing into it. You choose the cover from real samples at the studio — linen in five colours, or leather in three — and you choose the frames from your own gallery. One round of changes is included, and in nine years two couples have used it.

Every collection above the engagement includes one. Parents' copies are GH₵ 2,800 each and are almost always ordered in pairs.

How payment works

Four sentences,

and no small print under them

A 40% deposit holds the date

Bank transfer or mobile money. Until it lands the date is open to anybody, and in November and December it usually goes within the week.

The balance is due seven days before

If you would rather spread it across three or four instalments, say so at the first meeting and we will write the agreement that way. Nobody has ever been charged for asking.

If the date moves, the deposit moves with it

Once, to any date in the following eighteen months that I have free. Weddings get postponed; a photographer who keeps your deposit over it is not somebody you wanted at the wedding anyway.

If you cancel, the deposit stays

It is the only honest answer: your Saturday has been turned down by other couples since the day you booked it. Everything paid above the deposit comes back.

Prices held until 31 December 2026

Asked often

Three things people ask

before they send the deposit
How does payment work?

A 40% deposit holds the date, payable by bank transfer or mobile money. The balance is due the week before the wedding. If you would rather spread it across three or four instalments, say so at the first meeting and we will write it that way.

Will you travel outside Accra?

Anywhere in Ghana with no supplement — Kumasi, Cape Coast, Ho, Takoradi, Ada, Tamale. Outside the country, flights and two nights' accommodation are added at cost and nothing else is.

How far ahead should we book?

Nine to twelve months for a November, December or January Saturday — those three months are half the year's weddings in Accra and they go first. Four to six months is usually fine for the rest of the year, and I have photographed a wedding booked eleven days out.

Tell me about your day,

and where the light will be

Half an hour, no charge, at the studio in East Legon or on a call. I take about thirty weddings a year and one a day, so the earlier you write the more likely your Saturday is still open.
