Booking

The terms, in plain words.

A deposit holds the place

GH₵ 500 at booking, the balance four weeks before the session starts. Places are not held without the deposit, and July fills by the end of April most years.

How to pay

Mobile money or bank transfer, both to the camp account only — we never ask for payment to a personal number, and any message that does is not from us. A receipt reaches you the same day.

Paying in instalments

Three payments across the spring at no extra cost, for any session. Ask when you book and we will set the dates with you rather than for you.

If plans change

Full refund of the balance up to four weeks before the session. Inside four weeks the deposit is not refundable, but the place transfers to another child or to a later session in the same summer at no charge.

Bursary places

We hold back twelve part-funded places a season, split across the three camps. Applications open in February and are assessed by the trustees, not by the camp office.

FAQs

Before you pay

Can I register my child for just one week or specific days?

Rookie Camp is a single week and can be booked on its own. All Pro and Varsity run as full fortnights because the tournament and the clinics build week on week, but we do offer a day-camp option from Akosombo and Atimpoku for families living close enough to travel.

Where do I submit my child's medical forms?

Online, when you book — the form is part of the registration and takes about five minutes. If anything changes before the session starts, email the camp nurse directly and she will update the record before your child arrives.

What should my child bring to camp?

Training kit for five days, boots and trainers, a swimming costume and goggles, a towel, a water bottle, a torch, sun cream and a hat. We send the full list with your confirmation. Leave phones, tablets and anything valuable at home — there is a camp phone for calling home on Wednesdays and Sundays.
