The fees,
written down.
Most acts make you ask. Here are the three bands, in cedis, with everything that moves them — so you know before you write whether we are in range.

What moves it
The lines that change a quote
Anywhere outside Greater Accra
Fuel, a night's accommodation for each traveller and a per diem. Kumasi and Cape Coast are usually one night; the north is two.
+ GHS 450 per person, per night
Outside Ghana
Quoted in euro, with flights, visas, freight and carnet all itemised rather than folded into the fee.
From € 6,500 per show
Horns added to the four-piece
Two players and the arrangements they need. Worth it for a room over six hundred; rarely worth it under three.
+ GHS 9,000
A song learned for the occasion
Arranged for the format you have booked and rehearsed properly rather than approximated on the night.
+ GHS 3,500
Studio feature
Lead or backing vocals on somebody else's record, delivered as stems with one revision built in.
From GHS 7,000 per track
Not included
What a fee has never covered
Written down here rather than discovered on the night, which is the only version of this conversation that stays friendly.
PA, monitors, lighting and a stage — the venue's, always
Backline for the rhythm section outside Greater Accra
Ticketing, marketing and the door — the promoter's side of the line
Photography and filming, which need their own permission and their own fee
Anything after 1am, which is agreed and paid for in advance or not at all

About money and dates
How do I book you for a show?
Send the date, the city, the venue and the budget to booking@wren.music and you will hear back within two working days. For anything inside Greater Accra a phone call is usually faster.
Will you play weddings and private parties?
For a small number each year. The set is built around the couple or the occasion rather than lifted from the tour set, so these are quoted after a conversation rather than off a price list.
Do you play outside Ghana?
Yes — Lagos, Abidjan, Dakar and London are all regular stops, and the band travels with its own front-of-house engineer. Flights, visas and freight go into the quote rather than arriving later.
