We ask everybody for a review and we publish all of them, including the job in Dansoman that ran three weeks late. The interesting reviews are the ones written two years after handover.
We had been quoted for this kitchen three times over two years and every time the number was different and none of them were written down properly. Abode came on the Tuesday, measured, asked what we actually cooked, and sent one page four days later with the exclusions on it. The number at the end was the number on the page. They took the old kitchen out on a Monday and we cooked in the new one three weeks later, on the day they had said. What I keep telling people is not that the kitchen is beautiful, although it is. It is that for three weeks somebody swept the floor every evening and put the door back on.
