November 2026

Work the festival

Two hundred and ten people make this happen and two-thirds of them come back the next year. Every rate on this page is what you will actually be paid.

Two hundred and ten of us

Everyone on site

is paid the same rate

Whether you are running a follow spot or a bin round, the day rate is the same and it is published below. There is no student rate, no trial shift and no exposure. Everybody eats from the same kitchen and everybody gets a bed on the shuttle home.

Two-thirds of the crew come back the following year, which is the only recruitment measure we pay attention to. Fourteen people who started as stewards now hold department roles, and three of them run one.
