What we will actually give you
The rota, three weeks out
Published on the 25th for the month after. Swaps are between you; we only need telling.
You eat what the room eats
One course off the board every shift, sat down, not standing at the pass.
Tronc split evenly

Closed on Mondays
Every week, for everybody. Two consecutive days off a fortnight, and Christmas week.

// How to apply //
Email Kojo. That is the whole process.
No form, no portal, no covering letter. Say what you have cooked or served, where, and when you can start. Every email is answered within three days, including the ones that are a no.
If it looks like a fit you will be asked in for a paid trial shift — a real one, on a real service, with a real plate at the end of it.
