About us

A contractor that shows its working

Twenty years of electrical, plumbing and cooling work across Greater Accra, run on one rule: whoever prices the job is on site the day it is done.

How it started

Two electricians and a borrowed van

We opened in 2006 with a rented lock-up in Baatsona, one meter, one ladder and a van somebody's brother was not using. What we had instead of equipment was a rule: whoever prices the job is on site the day it is done.

Twenty years later the yard runs six trades and thirty-eight people, and the rule has not moved. It is why a survey here is done by a tradesperson rather than by a salesman, and why the quote you get is the one you pay.

What we promise

Four things you can hold us to

Not values in the poster sense. Four specific commitments, each of which a customer can check on the day.

The price before the work

Nothing happens until you have an itemised number in writing. If the job changes mid-course you hear it from the foreman, not from the invoice.

The same faces each visit

You get the tradesperson whose name is on your job. If they are on leave you are told who is coming instead and why, before they arrive.

Everything tested and recorded

Readings taken in front of you, photographs of what went behind the wall, and the certificate in your inbox the same week — not on request.

We leave it as we found it

Dust sheets down, holes made good, the old unit taken away. A finished job with a bag of rubble in the corner is not a finished job.

Licensed and certified

Every circuit we leave behind is signed off against the Energy Commission's wiring regulations, by the licence holder who did it.

Our own tradespeople

Thirty-eight electricians, plumbers and fitters on the payroll. No day labour, no subcontractor you have never met turning up at your gate.

The price before the work

A written quote inside two working days, itemised and honoured. If the job changes we tell you before the invoice does.

Why people call us back

Protect the building you already paid for

Most of what we are called out to fix was installed badly rather than worn out. A board with no labels, a pump sized off a guess, a soil stack with no fall — all of it cheap on the day and expensive for the next fifteen years.

Same-day survey on emergency call-outs

Written, itemised quotes inside two working days

Twelve-month workmanship guarantee on every job

Test certificates and photographs handed over at the end

What people say

Reviews from the people who paid the invoice

“Three people had looked at that leak and told me it was the roof. Beacon found it in an hour — a pinhole in a riser behind the wardrobe — and fixed it the same afternoon.”

Adjoa Mensimah, a homeowner in Adenta

“They sized my changeover off what I actually run rather than off the machine plates. The generator is half what the last quote wanted and it has never once tripped.”

Kwesi Amankwah, who runs a print shop on Spintex Road

“Fourteen units, three weekends, and not one tenant complained. That has never happened to me with a contractor before and I have been doing this for eleven years.”
