Six trades out of one yard
Electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, standby power, carpentry and decoration — priced together, invoiced once, and run by one foreman from survey to handover.

Six trades, one yard, one invoice
Everything below is done by our own people. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor you have not met, and one foreman owns the job from survey to handover.
Electrical installation
Electrical installation and rewiring
Consumer units, full rewires, sockets and lighting — tested, certified and left with a signed schedule.
What this covers
Plumbing
Plumbing and drainage
Pressure systems, water heaters, soil stacks — and the leak nobody has been able to find for two years.
What this covers
Air-conditioning
Air-conditioning and refrigeration
Split and cassette units supplied, installed, gassed and serviced — with a filter clean every quarter.
What this covers
Generators
Generators and standby power
Changeover panels, AVRs and inverter systems, sized to what you actually run rather than what you own.
What this covers
Carpentry
Carpentry and fittings
Doors that close, wardrobes that hang straight, and kitchen carcasses that survive a Harmattan.
What this covers
Painting
Painting and finishing
Preparation, filling and two proper coats — most of the price of a good finish is the day before the paint.
What this covers
Licensed and certified
Every circuit we leave behind is signed off against the Energy Commission's wiring regulations, by the licence holder who did it.
Our own tradespeople
Thirty-eight electricians, plumbers and fitters on the payroll. No day labour, no subcontractor you have never met turning up at your gate.
The price before the work
A written quote inside two working days, itemised and honoured. If the job changes we tell you before the invoice does.
In detail
Electrical installation and rewiring
Whole-house rewires, board changes, new circuits and fault-finding. Every job is tested to the Energy Commission's wiring regulations and handed over with a circuit schedule and the test results, so the next electrician who opens that board knows exactly what they are looking at.
Consumer units and RCBO upgrades
Full and partial rewires
Fault-finding and earth-leakage tracing
Sockets, lighting and outdoor circuits
Plumbing and drainage
Pumped and pressurised systems, poly tanks and booster sets, hot-water cylinders, bathroom first and second fix, and drainage that actually falls the way it should. We pressure-test before we close a wall, and we photograph what is behind it.
Booster pumps and pressure vessels
Water heaters and cylinders
Bathroom and kitchen fit-out
Soil stacks, gullies and drainage falls
Air-conditioning and refrigeration
Sizing, installation and commissioning of split, cassette and ducted systems, plus servicing for what you already own. Most call-outs we attend are a blocked drain line or a filter nobody has cleaned since it was fitted, which is why a care plan is cheaper than a compressor.
Split, cassette and ducted installation
Regassing and leak detection
Quarterly filter and drain servicing
Cold rooms and display refrigeration
Generators and standby power
Automatic and manual changeover, generator installation and servicing, inverter and battery systems, and the load survey that comes first. Sizing a set from a nameplate total is how people end up running a 30kVA generator at a fifth of its rating and wondering why it wet-stacks.
Load surveys and sizing
Automatic and manual changeover panels
Inverter and battery installation
Generator servicing contracts
Carpentry and fittings
Doors, frames, wardrobes, kitchen carcasses, ceilings and the endless small repairs a building needs after five years. Everything is made from timber that has been in our yard long enough to stop moving, which is most of the reason our doors still close in January.
Doors, frames and ironmongery
Wardrobes and fitted storage
Kitchen carcasses and worktops
Ceilings, skirting and trims
Painting and finishing
Interior and exterior decoration, filling and making good, waterproofing on parapets and screed, and the preparation that everybody skips. A wall that has been filled, sanded and sealed takes two coats; one that has not takes four and still shows the joint.

Why people call us back
Protect the building you already paid for
Most of what we are called out to fix was installed badly rather than worn out. A board with no labels, a pump sized off a guess, a soil stack with no fall — all of it cheap on the day and expensive for the next fifteen years.
Same-day survey on emergency call-outs
Written, itemised quotes inside two working days
Twelve-month workmanship guarantee on every job
Test certificates and photographs handed over at the end

Asked often
Three things people ring to ask
How quickly can I get a quote?
A surveyor is usually with you inside two working days, and the written quote follows within two more. Emergency call-outs do not wait for any of that — ring the emergency line and somebody comes.
What is guaranteed, and for how long?
Twelve months on our workmanship, on every job, in writing. Manufacturer warranties on the parts run alongside that and we register them for you rather than leaving you the paperwork.
Will I get certificates?
Yes, and photographs. Electrical work is handed over with a test schedule and the readings; plumbing with the pressure-test result; air-conditioning with the commissioning sheet. All of it emailed the same week.
What people say
Reviews from the people who paid the invoice
“Three people had looked at that leak and told me it was the roof. Beacon found it in an hour — a pinhole in a riser behind the wardrobe — and fixed it the same afternoon.”
Adjoa Mensimah
Homeowner, Adenta
“They sized my changeover off what I actually run rather than off the machine plates. The generator is half what the last quote wanted and it has never once tripped.”
Kwesi Amankwah
Print shop, Spintex Road
“Fourteen units, three weekends, and not one tenant complained. That has never happened to me with a contractor before and I have been doing this for eleven years.”
Naana Otoo
Facilities manager, Airport City
