Fees
You will know the figure before we open the file
Most firms will not publish a number. We publish six, quote the rest in writing before starting, and tell you the moment a matter is going to cost more than we said.

Where we do bill by the hour
Contested litigation and anything whose length depends on the other side. The rate is GH₵600 for an associate and GH₵950 for a partner, and you get a statement every month whether or not you ask for one.
How payment works
Fixed-fee work is half on instruction and half on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We take bank transfer and mobile money, and we do not accept cash.
Work we do for nothing
Each advocate carries one pro bono matter at a time, usually a criminal defence or a maintenance claim. If you cannot pay and the matter is serious, say so at the first meeting.

A Few of Our Clients' Comments
We take pride in the trust our clients place in us, and in the outcomes we have reached together.
We came in expecting to be talked down to and got the opposite — a written view of where we stood, in plain English, before we had paid anything. The merger closed on the timetable they set.
Kwesi Amankwah
Managing Director, Sankofa Logistics
Clause told me the claim against us was weaker than my own lawyer had said, and then proved it. I have sent them four other businesses since.
Nii Armah Tetteh
Founder, Adinkra Foods
They handled a restructuring that could easily have ended at the Labour Commission. Every step was documented, every person was spoken to, and nobody filed against us.
