Five practices, and an advocate who has spent a career in each one

We do not claim to do everything. What we do, we do with someone who appears in that court, files with that commission and knows which registrar answers the phone.

How We Work

Four stages, and you are told the cost before each one

01

The first meeting

Forty-five minutes, no charge. You tell us what happened; we tell you whether there is a matter here and what the realistic outcomes look like.

02

A written view

Within five working days you get our reading of your position, the routes open to you, and a fee for each of them. Nothing starts until you have agreed one.

03

The work

Filings, searches, negotiation or trial preparation — with a named advocate, a written update every fortnight, and a call whenever something changes.

04

Closing the file

A closing note covering what was decided, what it means in practice and what you should keep. We tell you plainly if an appeal is worth the money.
