About us
Craftsmanship meets timeless elegance
We are not just a jewellery brand, we are keepers of your milestones. Welcome to Facet, where exquisite craftsmanship meets timeless elegance.

Our journey
Facet began in 2016 at a single bench in Osu: one goldsmith, one torch and a ledger of commissions from friends who wanted their gold worked properly at home rather than sent abroad.
By 2019 the ledger had outgrown the bench. We opened the showroom in Airport Residential so pieces could be tried on in good light, sized on the spot and collected over something cold, and the bench moved in behind the glass where anyone can watch a ring take shape.
Today Facet pieces mark engagements in Kumasi, anniversaries in Tema and graduations in London. The atelier has grown to nine goldsmiths, but every piece still crosses one bench, one pair of hands at a time.
Craftsmanship
Everything we sell starts as eighteen karat gold, alloyed in house and cast in small batches. Settings are cut and finished by hand, stones are set under magnification, and no piece is photographed for the shop until the bench has signed it off.
We work the old way because jewellery is kept the old way. A machine finish looks perfect for a year. A hand finish wears in rather than wearing out, and the same hands that made it can bring it back to new.
Quality assurance
Every finished piece travels to the Precious Minerals Marketing Company to be assayed and struck with the PMMC hallmark before it leaves the atelier. The certificate rides in the box, and a copy stays in our ledger under your name.

Company values
Artistry
Every setting is cut, filed and polished by hand at the bench, never pulled from a mould. If a curve is not right the piece goes back, however close the deadline.
Customer first
We would rather you tried a piece twice and left without it than bought one that is not quite you. Sizing, an annual clean and the first resize are on us.
Ethical sourcing
Our gold is bought through licensed Ghanaian aggregators and assayed at the PMMC, so every gram is traceable. Stones arrive with papers or they do not arrive at all.
Personalisation
An engraving, a changed stone, a band made to sit against an heirloom: most of what we sell is adjusted for the person who will wear it. Ask, and the bench will say plainly what is possible.
Come and see the counter
The showroom pours something cold and there is no pressure to buy.
