Care, sizing and everything else
The questions we answer every day at the counter, written down.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find my ring size?
Ask us for a free sizing kit before you order, or visit the showroom and we will measure you in a minute. If a surprise is at stake, borrow a ring they already wear and we will read the size from it.
Can a piece be resized later?
Most rings can be resized twice without any visible trace, and the first resize within a year is on us. Eternity settings and some pavé bands cannot travel far, and we will say so plainly before you buy.
Is the gold certified?
Every piece is cast in eighteen karat gold, assayed and hallmarked through the Precious Minerals Marketing Company in Accra, and leaves us with its certificate in the box.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush cover almost everything. Keep pearls away from perfume, put jewellery on last when dressing, and bring pieces in once a year for a free clean and check.
How long does delivery take?
Pieces in stock reach Accra addresses in one to two working days and the rest of Ghana in three to five, insured and signed for. Made to order pieces take two to three weeks, and we confirm the date before we start.
What is the return policy?
Fourteen days, in the original condition, for a full refund or an exchange. Engraved and made to order pieces can be exchanged for size but not returned, which we flag clearly at checkout.
Do you take custom commissions?
Yes. Bring a sketch, a photograph or an heirloom to remake, and the atelier will quote a design within a week. Most commissions are finished in four to six weeks.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, bank transfer and mobile money at checkout, and a three part plan on pieces above two thousand cedis. Showroom purchases can also be held with a deposit.
