The practical part

Delivery, returns and care

What delivery costs, how returns work, and what the bench charges for the small jobs that keep jewellery worn.

Delivery

Every order travels insured and signed for, in the Facet box with its certificate. Made to order pieces take two to three weeks at the bench first, and we confirm the date before we start.

Returns and exchanges

You have fourteen days from the day a piece arrives to return it in its original condition for a full refund or an exchange. Post it back to us insured, or bring it to the showroom in Airport Residential and we will handle it over the counter while you wait.

Engraved and made to order pieces are made for one person, so they can be exchanged for size but not returned. We flag this clearly at checkout, before you pay rather than after.

At the bench

The workshop behind the showroom takes in small jobs every weekday, on our pieces and on ones we did not make. Leave it with us in the morning and most of these are ready the same week.

Resizing

The first resize within a year of purchase costs nothing.

What is the return policy?

Fourteen days, in the original condition, for a full refund or an exchange. Engraved and made to order pieces can be exchanged for size but not returned, which we flag clearly at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?
