Residential roofing
Our roofing services are designed to deliver durable, long-lasting protection from inspection to installation — and we leave the compound the way we found it.

The full list
Nine things we actually do
Everything on this list is done by our own crews. We do not sub-contract roofing to somebody you have never met.
Full re-roof
Strip, inspect the structure, re-batten and re-cover — tile, sheet or membrane.
Leak tracing and repair
The leak is rarely where the stain is. We find it, then we fix it.
Industrial sheeting
Long-run aluminium and colour-bonded steel, rolled to the length of the slope.
Flat roofs and membranes
Torch-on felt and single-ply for terraces, parapets and plant decks.
Gutters and rainwater goods
Box gutters, downpipes, hoppers and the falls that make them work.
Waterproofing
Balconies, wet rooms and roof slabs, tanked before the screed goes down.
Insulation and ventilation
Foil and rockwool under the deck, with a ridge vent that lets the void breathe.
Skylights and roof windows
Fitted with a proper upstand and flashing kit rather than a bead of silicone.
Inspection and maintenance
An annual round for landlords and agents: photographed, ranked and budgeted.
Experts in metal roofing
Expert residential and commercial roofing services backed by quality materials, certified fitters and long-term warranties.
Corrugated and ribbed
The workhorse profiles, in 0.45mm and 0.55mm gauge, fixed with sealed washers rather than bare nails.
Certified colour-bonded steel
Pre-painted coil from mills that publish their warranties, cut to length on site rather than lapped.
Our roofing process
A streamlined, transparent process designed for your peace of mind — and for a compound that stays liveable while we are on it.

Step 1
Initial consultation
One call, ten minutes. We ask what the roof is doing, how old it is and when you last went up there.
Step 2
Free inspection
Somebody comes out, gets on the roof and photographs what they find — including the parts you would rather not know about.
Step 3
Detailed quote
Itemised in cedis, with the gauge and the make of every sheet named. Nothing is described as 'materials'.
Step 4
Professional installation
A named foreman, a fixed start date and a crew that sheets one slope at a time so the house is never open to the sky overnight.
Step 5
Quality assurance
A final walk-round with you, the guarantee in writing, and a free check twelve months later before the rains.

What we fix to your roof
Named makes, stated gauges
Every quote names the material and the gauge. Nothing on it is described as 'materials', and nothing is substituted after you sign without your say-so.
Colour-bonded steel
0.45mm and 0.55mm, mill-warranted to 30 years
Long-run aluminium
0.55mm, rolled on site — no lap joint under 36m
Clay and concrete tile
Interlocking pantile and plain tile, nailed and clipped
Torch-on membrane
4mm APP, two layers, on primed and filleted decks
Treated timber
Purlins and battens, pressure-treated against termite
Sealed fixings
Stainless with bonded EPDM washers, never bare nails
If a fixing we made leaks inside fifteen years, we come back at our cost — labour, access and material. That is a policy rather than a favour, and it is the reason we would rather lose a job on price than win it on a gauge nobody names.
About the work itself
How long things take, what we draw first, and what happens when a roof fails at two in the morning.
Ask us anything How long does a project take to complete?
A leak traced and stopped is usually the same day. A typical four-bedroom re-roof is three to five working days. A commercial flat roof runs to programme and we give you that programme before you sign anything.
What is your design process?
We photograph the existing roof, measure the falls, and draw the valleys, gutters and flashings before ordering a single sheet. Most leaks are a detail rather than a material, and details are cheap to fix on paper.
Do you provide emergency callouts?
Yes, and through the rainy season we keep two crews on standby. Ring the number on this page at any hour; if we cannot make you watertight the same day we will tarpaulin the roof and come back at first light.
Can you redesign my existing roof or reuse what is there?
Often, yes. Battens and purlins in good order get reused, and a sound tile is worth keeping. We will tell you which parts are still doing their job rather than quoting to replace all of it.
