Celebrations
A hundred and forty-eight since 2014, across six regions. These are the ones people ring us about.

Serwaa & Nii
A Ga traditional ceremony on the Friday and a garden reception on the Saturday, forty minutes apart, with the same four hundred people at both. Two caterers, two venues, one guest list and one running order.

Six of a hundred and forty-eight
Different sizes, different regions, different amounts of us. What they have in common is that all six started on time.

Adjoa & Kwesi
Aburi Gardens · November 2025
Two hundred and forty guests up the Aburi road on a Saturday in November, and rain forecast all week. The marquee went up on the Thursday and nobody ever knew.
240 guests · Full planning

Serwaa & Nii
Labadi, Accra · March 2025
A Ga traditional ceremony on the Friday and a garden reception on the Saturday, forty minutes apart, with the same four hundred people at both.
400 guests · Full planning

Efua & Terrence
Peduase Valley · August 2024
Ninety people, most of them off a plane from London and Maryland, and a bride who wanted the whole thing to smell like her grandmother's garden.
90 guests · Design & styling

Akosua & Delali
Ho, Volta Region · December 2024
A three-and-a-half-hour drive for every supplier and a generator we specified twice. The dancing did not stop until the second one came on at half past one.
310 guests · Full planning

Ama & Bright
Kempinski, Accra · June 2024
A ballroom wedding the couple were determined should not feel like one. We took the room back to its floor and built it again in eucalyptus and candlelight.
260 guests · Design & styling

Naa & Selorm
Ada Foah · January 2024
Two nights on the estuary with everything — every chair, every glass, every generator — trucked in from Accra and trucked back out on the Monday morning.
120 guests · Weekend management
In their words
“We were told a Ghanaian wedding cannot start on time. Ours started at four, because Adjoa had spent a month quietly making sure it could.”
Naana Afriyie
Married at Aburi, November 2025
Scale
How big is your wedding, really?
The honest answer is usually eighty people more than the first list. These are the three shapes a Ghanaian celebration takes.
Up to 120 guests
One venue, one caterer, a single day. Weekend management suits most of these and full planning is rarely worth the fee.
120 to 280 guests
The size most Accra weddings actually are. Two days, two venues, and the point at which a running order stops being optional.
280 guests and up
Three days, marquees, generators and a supplier list of thirty. Full planning only, and we book these eighteen months out.
