What we plan
Most couples take the first of these. The other three exist because not every celebration is a wedding, and not every wedding needs the same amount of us.
Four services . One planner each

Full planning
The whole thing, from the first conversation about what the two families expect to the moment the last supplier is paid. We hold the budget, the running order, the contracts and every difficult phone call. Most couples come to us twelve to eighteen months out; the ones who come earlier mostly get better venues.
Budget built and held in cedis, revised monthly
Venue search across Greater Accra, Eastern and Volta
Every supplier sourced, quoted and contracted

Weekend management
For couples who have enjoyed planning it and would like to enjoy the day as well. We take over six weeks out, read every contract you have signed, ring every supplier on it, and write the running order the whole weekend works from. You stop answering the phone.
Every existing contract read and confirmed
Supplier calls and a full delivery schedule
Running order written and circulated

Design & styling
A scheme rather than a mood board. We draw the room to scale, specify every table, and photograph a full mock-up six weeks out — so you are approving a photograph of your own wedding rather than a board of somebody else's.
Palette and materials, sampled in hand
Room drawn to scale with every table placed
Florals specified stem by stem and seasonally

Other celebrations
Weddings are most of what we do and not all of it. A naming ceremony, a seventieth, a one-week memorial four hundred people will attend at eight days' notice — the work is the same work, and the families who ring us for the second one usually met us at the first.
Outdoorings and naming ceremonies
Milestone birthdays and anniversaries
Thanksgiving and memorial services

The year
How eighteen months actually go
Full planning, from the first hour to the last chair. Weekend management joins at six weeks out and picks up from there.
18 months
We meet
An hour, no charge. You talk, we listen, and at the end of it we tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for what you are describing.
16 months
The budget
Built line by line in cedis against the guest list you actually have, not the one you hope for. Revised in front of you every month after this.
14 months
The venues
Three or four visited together, filmed if you are abroad. Deposits go down the week you decide, because the good Saturdays do not wait.
9 months
The design
Palette, materials, the room drawn to scale. Stationery goes to print at seven months so the invitations post at twelve weeks.
6 weeks
The mock-up
A full table built and photographed. This is where the arguing about flowers ends, and it always does.
The week
The weekend
Rehearsal Thursday, rites Friday, ceremony Saturday, thanksgiving Sunday. Four of us on site throughout, and one phone number.

What is actually in each one
The short version is above. This is the list we work to, and it is the list the contract carries.

Asked often
Before you choose one
How far ahead should we get in touch?
Twelve to eighteen months for a Saturday between November and March, which is when most of Accra marries. We take one wedding a month and the good months go about a year out. If your date is closer than that, ring anyway — we keep two weekends a year deliberately open.
Do we have to use your suppliers?
No. We have people we trust and we will tell you why, but if your cousin is doing the cake then your cousin is doing the cake and we will manage her like anybody else. We take no commission from any supplier, which is the only reason that answer can be honest.
How many of you are there on the day?
Four, from the first delivery to the last chair stacked, and one of them is the planner who has been with you since the beginning. You will only ever speak to that one. The other three are talking to the caterer, the band and the venue so that nobody has to talk to you.
