Frequently asked questions
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes — products, cloths, mops and a vacuum come with the team, and they are included in the price. If you would rather we used what you keep at home, say so when you book and we will bring nothing but our hands and our machines.
What cleaning services do you offer?
Regular home cleaning, office and commercial contracts, deep and after-builders cleans, windows and glass, green cleaning with plant-based products, and hot-water extraction for sofas, rugs and mattresses. If a job is not on that list, ring us — the answer is usually yes.
Are your products safe for pets and children?
Everything we use as standard is biodegradable and fragrance-free, and the bathroom cloths never meet the kitchen ones. Tell us about a baby, an allergy or a nervous dog when you book and we will plan the visit around it.
How long does a typical clean take?
A two-bedroom flat is about three hours for two cleaners; a four-bedroom house is nearer five. A deep clean is a full day. We give you the hours in writing before the visit, and if we finish early you pay for the time we actually took.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all — about two thirds of our customers are at work. We can hold a key at the office under a signed agreement, or work to a code you change whenever you like. You get a photo of the finished rooms either way.
