Enough time with each patient to do it properly

Twelve posts open across the ward, the home rounds and the gym. Every one of them is advertised with its salary band, because a job advert that hides the figure is wasting both our time.

Why here

Smaller, and deliberately so

We will never be the biggest place you could work. What we can offer is enough time per patient to do the job the way you were trained to.

A caseload you can actually carry

One nurse to four patients on the ward, and a home round that is eight visits rather than eighteen. It is the single reason people leave bigger hospitals to come here.

Paid on the 25th, every month

Salaries clear on the same date whatever else is happening, overtime is paid at the end of the month it was worked, and the payslip itemises everything.

Study leave that is real

Ten days a year plus fees for anything relevant to the work. Four of our nurses have finished specialist geriatric qualifications on it since 2021.

Open roles

Twelve posts, and the salary band on every one

Send a CV to care@regal.com with the role in the subject line. Everybody who applies gets an answer, including the ones we cannot take.
