About our laboratory mission

Delivering trusted diagnostics means a clear answer for every patient who walks in, our methods, and our promise

We have been testing in Accra since 2004. In that time the single thing patients have asked us for most often is not a faster result — it is a result somebody is willing to explain. That is what this laboratory is built around, and everything else follows from it.

01.

We take the sample properly

Most results that come back wrong were collected wrong. Our phlebotomists are assessed every six months on the draw itself — the tourniquet time, the order of the tubes, the inversion count — because a haemolysed sample is a wasted morning for you and a wrong number for your doctor.

02.

We explain what the number means

Every report leaves here with a reference range, a plain sentence saying whether the result sits inside it, and a note when something is worth repeating. You should not need a medical degree to read your own blood count, and you should never be left to search a figure online at midnight.

Enhance patient wellness daily

A yearly panel costs less than a night on a ward. We price the common ones so a family in Accra can actually run them, and we publish every figure rather than quoting on the phone.

I had been sent for the same test three times by three different places and got three different answers. Assay ran it once, called me the same evening to explain what the number meant, and sent the report to my doctor before I got home.
