No appointment is needed for anything on this site. If you would rather just ring, the number is below and somebody picks it up.
Ring the desk
030 274 8811Somebody picks up between 6:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Ask for the bench that ran your test and you will get the person who ran it.

Home collection, GH₵60Anywhere in Greater Accra, seven days a week from 6:00am. The call-out is flat and covers everybody at the same address.
Visit us
Mon–Sat 6:00am — 7:00pm
Sunday 8:00am — 2:00pm for collections only. Results already in the system are released every day of the year.

What we will never ask you for
There are people in Accra ringing patients, claiming to be from a laboratory and asking for money to release a result. Nobody here will ever do any of the following, and if somebody does, it is not us.
We never ask for mobile money to release a result.
We never send results over WhatsApp or ask for a code.
We never ring to say a result is 'being held' pending payment.
Anything you paid for is already yours. Ring the desk and check.
If this is an emergency
We are a diagnostic laboratory, not a clinic, and we cannot treat anybody. If you are acutely unwell, go to the nearest emergency department or call the National Ambulance Service on 112.
