Booking an appointment
Most people are seen within two working days, and same-day slots are held back every morning for anything urgent. Registering as a new patient takes about ten minutes at the desk.

Book however suits you
There is no booking system to sign up for and no app to install. A clinic this size does not need one, and you should not have to learn software to see a doctor.

The fastest way in. Somebody answers between half past seven and seven on weekdays, and until two on Saturdays.

A photo ID — Ghana Card, passport or driver's licence.
Your NHIS card, or your scheme's card and member number.
Any medicine you are currently taking, in its own box.
Letters, scans or results from anywhere else you have been seen.
For a child: the weighing card and immunisation record.
