Every trade your building needs.
Seven trades and one number. Each is run by its own supervisor, staffed by directly employed crews, and priced in writing before anything starts.

Handyman & repairs
The list on the fridge door, cleared in an afternoon by one person with the right tools.
Same-week slots
One-hour minimum
Curtain poles, sticking doors, a shelf that was never quite level, the tap that has dripped since March. Our handymen carry a full van rather than a toolbox, so the second trip most firms need does not happen. Booked by the hour with a one-hour minimum, and we tell you before we start if a job needs a licensed trade instead.

Plumbing & drainage
Leaks, pressure, blocked runs and full bathroom pipework, by licensed plumbers.
24-hour callout
Leak detection
Every plumber on the crew is licensed and works to the Ghana Standards Authority code for potable water. We carry pressure gauges and acoustic leak detection, so a wet patch on a ceiling gets traced rather than guessed at — which is usually the difference between replacing a metre of pipe and replacing a floor.

Electrical
Rewires, boards, lighting design and the certificate at the end of it.
ECG-compliant
Certified on completion
Consumer units, ring mains, generator changeovers, inverter and solar tie-ins, and lighting that was actually designed rather than centred in each room. Every job is tested and certified on completion, and the certificate is emailed to you the same day — landlords and insurers both ask for it and it is remarkably hard to get afterwards.

Painting & decorating
Preparation first. Two coats, cut in by hand, and the furniture back where it was.
Low-odour paints
Evening work
Most of a good paint job is what happens before the tin is opened: filling, sanding, masking and a proper primer coat. We quote for preparation as a line of its own so you can see it, we cut in edges by hand rather than taping everything, and we will work evenings and weekends where a room cannot be out of use during the day.

Carpentry & joinery
Wardrobes, kitchens, doors and staircases, made to the measurements of your room.
Made to measure
Kiln-dried timber
Fitted wardrobes, kitchen carcasses, internal doors, decking and repairs to what is already there. We build in our own workshop in Tema from kiln-dried timber rather than assembling flat-pack on site, which is why our units still shut properly after a harmattan and a rainy season.

Roofing & waterproofing
Sheets, gutters, flashing and the ceiling that got wet before you called.
Free roof survey
Five-year cover
We survey a roof before quoting on it, from the loft as well as from the ladder, and the survey is free whether or not you use us. Repairs, resheeting, gutters and downpipes, valley and flashing work, and liquid waterproofing on flat roofs and balconies — all of it carrying a five-year workmanship guarantee.
Survey free, then quoted

Grounds & gardens
Hedges, lawns, drainage and planting, on a round that comes back without being chased.
Fortnightly rounds
Green waste removed
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly rounds for compounds, estates and offices: mowing, hedging, edging, weeding, pruning and drainage clearance before the rains rather than during them. Green waste leaves with the crew. We plant too, and we will tell you honestly when something is in the wrong place rather than replacing it every year.

Deep cleaning
Post-build, end-of-tenancy and the twice-yearly clean nobody has time for.
Post-construction
End of tenancy
The clean that follows the work: builders' dust off every surface including the ones above eye level, windows in and out, floors stripped and sealed, and an end-of-tenancy standard that gets deposits back. Products are low-odour and safe around children and animals, and we will do it out of hours for offices and shops.
From GHS 900 / clean

A supervisor sees the job in person and quotes it in writing the same day — itemised, with preparation costed separately from the finish.
03
You pick a date
You get a date, a two-hour arrival window and the name of the person coming. Half up front on anything over GHS 5,000; nothing before that.
04
We finish and tidy
Photographs of the finished work, waste taken away, certificates emailed the same day, and twelve months on the workmanship.

What people say afterwards
Unedited, and collected after the invoice rather than before it.
“They quoted the rewire, did the rewire, and charged what they quoted. After four contractors in three years that felt like a novelty rather than the minimum.”

Asked often
Before you book
How quickly can somebody come out?
Most non-urgent jobs are offered a slot within three working days, and we hold a small number of same-day slots back for emergencies. Burst pipes and dead boards are a twenty-four-hour callout on a separate number; nothing else is charged at an emergency rate.
Do I need to be there while you work?
No, as long as we can get in and out. Plenty of our customers leave a key with a neighbour or the estate office. You get a message when the van leaves the depot, photographs of the finished work, and a call if we find anything you would want to know about.
What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
Our workmanship carries twelve months, and roofing carries five years. If something we did fails inside that, we come back and put it right at no charge — no argument about whether it was the fitting or the fitter. Manufacturer warranties on parts run alongside that, and we register them for you.
