Can I put my prescription in any of these?
In all of them except Nzulezo, which is single vision only because the half-rim cord cannot hold a progressive lens safely. Everything else takes single vision or progressive. Send us the prescription and we will tell you before you pay if there is a problem with it.
How long does an order take?
Frames without lenses leave the shop the next working day. Frames with single vision take three working days, progressives five. If we are waiting on a lens we will say so before you pay, not after.
I do not have a current prescription.
Book a test at any of the nine shops. It takes about twenty-five minutes with one of our optometrists and costs GH₵ 120, which comes off the price of any frame you buy that day.
What if the fit is wrong when it arrives?
Bring it into any shop and we will adjust it while you wait, for as long as you own it, at no charge. If it is the wrong frame rather than the wrong fit, you have thirty days to exchange it.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes, anywhere in Ghana, by courier, and it is free over GH₵ 400. Outside Ghana we ship to Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire and Togo at cost, and lens work adds two days.
Are the frames actually made here?
The acetate is milled in Italy and comes to us in sheets. Everything after that — cutting, shaping, polishing, riveting, glazing — happens at the Spintex workshop. Titanium fronts are the one exception and we say so on the product page.
Can I return a sale frame?
Yes, on the same terms as everything else. Thirty days, unworn, with the case. Sale frames are last season's colours, not seconds.
Do you do repairs on frames you did not make?
Small ones, usually free, while you wait: a screw, a nose pad, a bent temple. Anything needing a part we do not stock we will tell you honestly is not worth the money.
