Coming in

What actually happens when you visit

Nothing is by appointment except an eye test. Walk in, and if the person who can help you is with somebody else, they will say how long.

Try as many as you like

There is no limit and nobody hovers. Most people settle on the third or fourth, having walked in certain about the first.

We measure properly

Pupil distance, pupil height, how the frame actually sits on your bridge. It takes four minutes and it is the reason progressives work or do not.

And we keep adjusting

Bring them back whenever they slip, for as long as you own them, at any of the nine shops. No appointment and no charge, ever.

Eye tests

Twenty-five minutes, GH₵ 120, and it comes off the frame

Every shop has an optometrist and a full test room. Book one at whichever is nearest and the fee comes straight off anything you buy that day.
