Careers

Pupillage and practice

We take two pupils a year and we read every application. What you get in return is real files, early, with somebody senior reading every line.

What the job is

Small firm, real files, early

There is nowhere here to hide and nowhere here to stall. You will carry your own matters within months, and a partner will read every line before it leaves the building.

Your own files early

Pupils are drafting real pleadings by month three, with a partner's name beside theirs and a partner's eyes on every page.

Court from the first term

You will be on your feet in the High Court within your first year — mentions first, then applications, then the thing itself.

Two days a month that are yours

Not billable to anybody: reading, drafting practice and a partner sitting with you on whatever you got wrong last month.

Paid pupillage, stated openly

GH₵4,200 a month during pupillage, reviewed at six months. Nobody here has to ask a colleague what the number is.

Five years and up, with High Court advocacy of your own. You will lead matters rather than carry somebody else's bundles.

Practice manager

Diaries, filings, billing and the front desk. The person clients meet first, and the reason nothing is ever filed late.

One page and one matter
