How the week actually runs

Nothing about a standing order is automated at this end. Somebody reads the list on Monday, your bags go through the drum on Tuesday with everybody else's, and they leave Osu the same afternoon they are bagged.

Monday

We ask whether anything should change

Tuesday

Your bags go through the drum

Thursday

It reaches you, still inside the week

Start a standing order

Not sure which one?

Tell us what you drink and roughly how much of it leaves the kitchen. We will say which of the three fits, even when it is the cheapest.

The five people ask first

Anything else, ring the shop between seven and six and a person who works there will pick up.

Can I pause it for a month?

Yes, from any week. Send a message before the Monday and nothing leaves the roastery until you say so again. Nothing is charged while it is paused, and it picks up where it stopped.

What if I do not get on with the roast?

Tell us and the next one comes different, and we will not charge for the bag you did not like. It happens about once a month and nobody has ever had to argue about it.

Can I change the grind after I have started?

Any time. Say which machine you have moved to and the next bag arrives ground for it, or whole if you have finally bought a grinder.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Anywhere in Ghana. Accra is the same week, Kumasi and Takoradi are two working days after it leaves Osu, and everywhere else is three.

Is there a contract?

No. There is nothing to sign and no minimum number of months. One message ends it, the last bag is the last bag, and we will not ring you about it afterwards.

Start it this Tuesday

Orders on the list by Monday evening go through the same drum as everybody else's the next morning.
