Talk to a technician, not a call centre
Forty minutes, no obligation, and a written price at the end of it. Ring the office or send a photograph of whatever you have found.
Get in touch
Book the free inspection
Ring, or send a photograph of what you have found. Either way somebody will be on your property within four working days.

The office
24 Blohum Road, Dzorwulu, Accra
Monday to Saturday, seven until six. The callout line runs every hour of every day, including public holidays.
Asked often
Three things people ring to ask
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and there is no callout charge attached to it either. A technician walks the property, tells you what you have and what it will cost to deal with, and leaves. Plenty of people take that report to somebody else, which is fine.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Greater Accra, and Tema, Kasoa and Aburi without a surcharge. Anywhere further we will still come, but the quote carries a travel line and we will say so on the phone.
Is it safe around children and animals?
Every product we carry is cleared by the Environmental Protection Agency for use in occupied homes. The technician will tell you which rooms to stay out of and for how long — usually two hours for a fog and none at all for gel bait.
Where we go
Greater Accra, and a little beyond it

Greater Accra
Everywhere inside the region, no travel charge, and usually an appointment inside four working days. Emergency callout the same night.
Tema, Kasoa and Aburi
Covered on the same terms as Accra, though the free inspection is scheduled rather than same-week. Commercial contracts are unaffected.
Further out
We will still come — Koforidua, Winneba, Akosombo and beyond — but the quote carries a stated travel line and we will tell you what it is on the phone rather than on the invoice.
