What we treat, and how we treat it

Everything below is carried out by our own technicians. The inspection that tells you which of them you need costs nothing and carries no obligation.

Everything we do

Six treatments, and when each one is the right one

Most properties need one of these; a compound with standing water needs three. The free inspection exists to tell you which, and you are under no obligation to buy any of it from us.

Fast pest removal

The call most people make. A technician arrives with the full kit, identifies what you actually have rather than what you think you have, and treats the whole property in one visit. You get a written report the same evening listing every product used and every place it went.

Thermal fogging outside a house at dusk

Fogging and larviciding

Fogging kills what is flying now; larviciding stops what is about to hatch. Doing one without the other is why compounds get fogged every fortnight for ever. We treat the gutters, the drains, the water tanks and the low bush on the same round, at dusk when mosquitoes are actually on the wing.

A technician fogging a living room with disinfectant

Whole-home sanitising

A cold fog of hospital-grade disinfectant through every room, including the places nobody wipes: behind the wardrobes, above the cupboards, inside the wardrobe rails. Two hours to dry and safe to reoccupy. It is the standard handover for a new build and the first thing to do to a house that has stood empty.

A technician applying gel bait along a kitchen shelf

Gel bait and residual spray

Roaches do not live in the open, so treating the open does nothing. Gel goes into the joints, hinges and cable runs they travel along, and the residual spray goes on the skirting they cross to get there. No smell, no evacuation, and safe to cook the same evening.

A technician treating a warehouse floor before a slab is poured

Termite treatment and pre-construction

Pre-construction is the cheapest termite work anybody ever does: a treated soil barrier under the slab, applied at the right rate, certified for five years. For a house that is already infested we drill and inject the affected walls and the perimeter, then come back at six months to confirm the colony is gone.

A technician spraying a hedge in a compound

Compound and garden care

Most reinfestations walk in from outside. The monthly round treats the boundary hedge, the lawn edge, the drains and the bin store, and clears the standing water nobody notices until the rains. Households on a compound round call us about half as often as those without one.

Inspection

A technician walks the whole property, inside and out, and finds where they are getting in. It takes about forty minutes and costs nothing.

A

Treatment plan

You get a written plan and a fixed price before anything is sprayed: what we will use, where it goes, and how long you need to stay out of the room.

B

Follow-up

We come back at the interval the plan sets, log what we find and adjust it. Nothing on this site gets treated twice for the same reason.

On the day

What a treatment is actually like

Two people, a van, and between ninety minutes and half a day depending on the property. You will be asked to take the food off the counters and the animals out of the room being treated; everything else stays where it is. Most treatments are dry and safe to walk on within two hours, and the technician will not leave until they have shown you the report and told you what happens next.

Asked often

Three things people ring to ask

Is it safe around children and animals?

Every product we carry is cleared by the Environmental Protection Agency for use in occupied homes. The technician will tell you which rooms to stay out of and for how long — usually two hours for a fog and none at all for gel bait.

How long does a treatment take?

An apartment is usually ninety minutes and a family house half a day. Termite injection on an existing structure is a full day, sometimes two. We tell you which before we start, not while we are packing up.

What does the ninety-day guarantee cover?

If the same pest reappears inside ninety days of a treatment we come back and treat it again at no charge. It covers everything except a new infestation of something else, and a property that has been altered since we treated it.
