One-off jobs, and what they cost
These are priced per job rather than per visit, because a termite perimeter and a one-bedroom flat have nothing in common. The figure below is where the quote starts; the inspection turns it into a fixed one.
Termite treatment with five-year certificate
Drill-and-inject on an existing structure, priced by perimeter. Includes the six-month confirmation visit and the certificate itself.

Pre-construction soil treatment
A treated barrier under the slab before it is poured, applied at the certified rate and witnessed by your own site engineer if you want it.

Whole-home sanitising fog
After a build, a flood or a long empty let. Two hours to reoccupy, and a handover certificate for landlords and agents.

A single dusk round of the compound and the boundary, with larvicide in the drains. Worth doing before an event; worth repeating if you have standing water.

The small print
What is not in the price
Printed here rather than discovered later. If any of it applies to your property the technician will say so at the inspection.
Structural repair to anything the pests have already damaged — we will tell you what needs doing and we do not do it ourselves.
Drain and gutter clearance beyond what a treatment needs. We will point out the blocked ones; a plumber unblocks them.
Travel beyond Greater Accra, Tema, Kasoa and Aburi. Anywhere further carries a stated travel line on the quote.
A second treatment for a different pest inside the guarantee period. The ninety days cover what we treated, not everything that walks in afterwards.
Every figure on this page includes VAT and the callout. There is no separate inspection fee and never has been.

What does the ninety-day guarantee cover?
If the same pest reappears inside ninety days of a treatment we come back and treat it again at no charge. It covers everything except a new infestation of something else, and a property that has been altered since we treated it.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Greater Accra, and Tema, Kasoa and Aburi without a surcharge. Anywhere further we will still come, but the quote carries a travel line and we will say so on the phone.
Do you handle commercial contracts?
About half our work is commercial — restaurants, schools, warehouses and two hotels. That comes with a monthly logbook, a bait map on the wall and a named technician, because that is what an inspection actually asks for.
