Book a time that actually suits you
Two numbers, one address and a reply the same working day. Nothing about getting seen here should be the hard part.

Getting a time is the easy part
Whichever of these you use, you will hear back the same working day with two times to choose between — and if it is urgent, one of them will be today.
Call the practice
+233 24 618 2290Answered by a person between 8:00 and 18:30, six days a week. This is also the number for anything urgent.
The reception line
+233 30 279 4180For appointments, records, accounts and anything to do with a scheme or an insurer.
Write to us
hello@smile.com.ghAnswered within one working day. Send a photograph if something has broken and we will tell you whether it can wait.
Simply arrive
18 Cantonments Road, Osu, AccraWe keep two slots free every morning for people who walk in. Before ten is your best chance of one of them.
How it works
Easy care for your whole family
Whether it is a routine scale or a full reconstruction, the first three steps are the same — and none of them involve being surprised.
Book in under a minute
Call the practice, send a WhatsApp or fill in the form at the foot of this page. We will come back to you the same working day with two times to choose between — and if it is urgent, one of them will be today.
Book an appointment
A welcome, not a waiting room
Arrive ten minutes early and somebody will actually talk to you. We take a history, look properly, and explain what we found in words you would use yourself. Nothing is done at that first visit that you have not agreed to.
What to expect
A written plan and a fixed price
You leave with a plan on paper: what needs doing, in what order, what each stage costs and what happens if you wait. The figure you are quoted is the figure you pay, and nobody at this practice adds to a bill in the chair.

The questions everybody asks on the phone
What to bring
Your Ghana Card or any photo identification, your NHIS card if you have one, and a list of anything you take regularly — including the herbal preparations people usually forget to mention. If you have had x-rays elsewhere in the last two years, bring them and we will not repeat them.
How long it takes
A first appointment is forty minutes and a review is twenty. A scale and polish is half an hour, a filling about the same, and a root canal is usually two visits of ninety minutes. We will tell you which of those you are booking before you agree to it.
What the first visit costs
GHS 180 for the examination, whatever we find, and that includes the x-rays if they are needed and the written plan afterwards. Nothing else happens at that visit without you agreeing to it and knowing what it costs.
If it is urgent
Ring rather than write. Swelling that is spreading, a tooth knocked out, or pain you cannot sleep through are all seen the same day — call the practice and say the word emergency, and reception will find you a slot.
Bringing a child
First visits from age one, and the first one is free. Book it for the morning if you can, tell them they are coming to have their teeth counted, and please do not use the word injection on the way there.
If you are dreading it
Say so when you book and we will give you a longer slot and a quieter time of day. You can come and simply look at the room first — several of our patients did exactly that before they let anybody near their teeth.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:30 · Saturday, 9:00 to 15:00
Get in touch to book your first appointment
One phone call is usually all it takes. Tell us what is bothering you — or that nothing is, and it has simply been a while — and we will find you a time this week.
