Our Services
Six departments under one roof, so a referral is a walk down the corridor.
What each department does
What is actually on offer, who runs it, and what it costs before you arrive.

General Consultation
A twenty-minute first appointment as standard, with the same doctor each visit wherever the roster allows. We keep one continuous record, so nothing has to be explained twice.
per consultation

Advanced Diagnostics
Full blood count, malaria RDT, lipids, HbA1c, ultrasound and digital X-ray, all on site. Same-day results for routine panels; a doctor calls you through anything abnormal rather than emailing a PDF.
from, per panel

Preventive Care
Annual health screens for adults, childhood immunisation on the national schedule, cervical and prostate screening, and hypertension and diabetes reviews for anyone already on treatment.
annual screen

Mother & Child
Antenatal booking through to postnatal review, growth monitoring, weaning advice and the childhood illnesses that need a doctor rather than a chemist. Saturday clinics for families who work.
per visit

Emergency Care
Triage on arrival, resuscitation bay, observation beds and a standing referral arrangement with the two teaching hospitals. Nobody is ever turned away for want of a card.
no appointment

Physiotherapy
Assessment, a written programme and a therapist who tells you honestly how long it will take. Post-surgical rehabilitation, back and neck pain, sports injuries and stroke recovery.
per session
Patient perspectives
Three of the notes left at reception, printed as they were written.
I have been coming here since my first pregnancy. What keeps me is that Dr. Owusu remembers what we discussed last time without opening the folder, and she tells you the truth even when it is not the answer you wanted.

Frequently asked
The five reception is asked most. Anything else, call the desk — somebody answers between 7.30am and 8pm.
Ask us something else1. Do I need an appointment before visiting?
For a routine consultation, yes — booking keeps the wait under fifteen minutes and lets us pull your file first. Emergencies never need one, at any hour.
2. What are your consultation hours?
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 8pm, and Saturdays 8am to 4pm. The emergency room and the observation bay are staffed around the clock, including public holidays.
3. Do you offer online consultations?
For follow-ups and repeat prescriptions, yes. A first consultation is in person, because an examination is most of what a first appointment is for.
4. What should I bring to my appointment?
A photo ID, your NHIS card if you hold one, and any medicines you are currently taking — the boxes rather than a list, if you can.
5. Do you accept health insurance?
We are an NHIS-accredited facility and bill the major private schemes directly, including Nationwide, Acacia, GLICO and Apex. Reception will confirm cover before you are seen.
Not sure which department you need?
Call reception and describe what is going on. They will book you with the right doctor rather than the first free slot.
